...experimental blog studio and lab...
Ok, I have way to many audio files on my computer. Over 10,000 to be exact. No, I'm not that prolific. Many are included with applications, left over from web browsing, etc. To find a way to deal with this before clearing space on the hard-drive, I decided to pick a few random sounds and post them above. Make new audio. (what?) Can you guess where they came from? Tell me which ones you like best...
Here's what it might sound like if you could tap into multiple audioblogs at one time...(you can)
Here's a sound clip that was created using only the self-noise generated by my laptop, and a few minutes of audio processing using Amadeus II and plugins. The original sound consisted of the static or "self-noise" of the laptop. Example: You can hear the self noise of many electronic devices-especially music players-if you put the device on 'pause' and turn the volume all the way up. CAUTION: you may damage your hearing, speakers or headphones if you forget to turn it down before resuming play!
